Description
Commits on the master branch will now:

• perform a build + cron build and publish junit results
• delete pre-releases from GitHub Packages of all 3 subprojects
• compute a changelog from the last tag, and compute a new candidate tag name by increasing the patch number by 1
• effectively build and publish to GitHub Packages only
• move the latest tag to the current commit
• create (or update) a pre-release for the latest tag, containing the computed changelog
