Issue
bookmarks working great but loose when copying or moving file (sometimes).

Steps to reproduce
Copy and paste the pdf and bookmarks not present

Expected behaviour
It would be really good not to loose the bookmarks associated with a particular pdf.

Currently the bookmarks are being saved to a metadata file in a config directory.

Other information
A seperate bookmark file would be helpful to ensure that the bookmarks can be transferred with the pdf file. It would also be helpful to add bookmarks using this separate file stored in the same location as the pdf file. Multiple users can use the same bookmarks.
