This branch updates the integration tests to match the new proxy
behavior. In particular, service profiles will always be resolved, so
all tests now configure the mock destination service to return profile
lookups for IPs. Also, the SO_ORIG_DST is required, since profiles are
looked up based on original destination IP addresses, so we now always
configure mock original dst addresses for all test proxies. The
fully_qualified_nameprofile field now configures what destinationsare resolved, so the mock profile lookups now always return it. Metrics
etc. were also updated to include ports. A
Making everything work again required changing a bunch of stuff and
playing whack-a-mole with a lot of small test failures. Hopefdully this
summary includes the most important bits.
