When a Consul namer resolves a service name that contains a significantly large number of services addresses, the namer will throw a TooLongMessageException when the namer receives an HTTP response that exceeds 5MB. This causes Linkerd to never get new service addresses and subsequent requests to resolve said service will fail with the same message.
