As spoken in #68.

When I set the Configuration to Debug the Library outputs Release but the property IsReleaseBuild is false? I got a third configuration too which is named Testing, it's a kinda mix of Debug and Release but with optimizations turned on. There the library outputs Release too.

Also regarding the SDK Version: It looks like only the XML Comment is wrong and not the real version.
