Description

While trying to set the featured image the client provided us with to their Accommodation Types, the process either freezes while trying to "Insert Into Post", or if the featured image does seem to be set, it is not there anymore once "Update" is pressed. The same issue occurs when trying to set a featured image for Travel Styles and for Continents

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Accommodation Types in the Tour Operator Plugin
2. Edit any Accommodation Type
3. Attempt to set a featured image

Expected behavior

The featured image should be set to that Accommodaiton type and display as that Accommodation Type's hero banner image on the frontend.
