To use the Lighthaus theme swatch for Photoshop, download Lighthaus Palette.ase and go to:

Window → Swatches → Hamburger Menu in Swatches Panel → Import Swatches → Select the Lighthaus Pallete.asc file and Load it

To use the Lighthaus theme swatch for Illustrator, download Lighthaus Palette.ase and go to:

Window → Swatches → Hamburger Menu in Swatches Panel → Open Swatch Library → Other Library → Select the Lighthaus Pallete.asc file and Open it
