missing config-test-lib_2.10

In the [config-artifact](https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.typesafe/config/1.2.0) there is a dependency for `config-test-lib_2.10`, but the artifact does not [exist](https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.typesafe/config-test-lib_2.10).  
Does the artifact exist in another repository?
