ISP location not shown after the latest update because incompatible with old versions of PHP.

Nothing matters.

Steps to reproduce

• Install speed test.
• Use any example.
• Try to do test.
• Test shows only IP, not location not ISP data.

Expected behaviour

• Test needs to show ISP info and distance to the test server.
