Description

This updates the version of Nx used in this repo to 14.8.1

Motivation and Context

This has the latest and greatest features of Nx

How Has This Been Tested?

  • npm run build still succeeds
  • Pipeline still succeeds?

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
  • Chore (change that has absolutely no effect on users)
