Analogously to
lakers-c, the goal is to produce a Python wrapper of the library.Uses pyo3 for the Rust-Python bindings and maturin for building the wheel.
As of now, a proof-of-concept works, and I was able to generate a self-contained
wheelsfile that can be executed in many x86 Linux machines.
