Was about to post just this. I block stuff from phoning home via "Windows Firewall Control" which asks when a program tries to connect to somewhere. Crossover will repeatedly throw an error if I won't let it connect to 140.82.121.4 which is highly annoying as it steals focus away from whatever game you're playing. Wouldn't be so bad if it didn't happen so needlessly often (multiple times per day it seems like?), but being able to turn it off or to something like once a week or month as intermediate steps would be even better
