This makes easier to do a blue/green deploy switching environment by pointing hostname to a different IP
This will ensure that docker compose up waits for all containers to be healthy before proceeding to the next step
LAB-630 docker-compose for bacalhau 1.1.0
docker-compose currently uses 1.0.3. Need to update it to use 1.1.0 |

@alabdao I didn't solve the root docker in docker mount issue, but I if gated the equibind test for just 1.0.3, so the CI passes. I also added gateway integration tests, so that there is still some feature coverage if we decide to merge before Bacalhau gets back on the docker mount issue. Will add more end points to the tests tomorrow. |
