Summary

Use of _colabdesign-dev.json functional

Example usage

./plex init -t tools/colabdesign/_colabdesign-dev.json -i '{"protein": ["tools/colabdesign/6vja_stripped.pdb"], "config": ["tools/colabdesign/config.yaml"]}' --scatteringMethod=crossProduct

Plex version (v0.10.3) up to date.
