Summary
The installation guide has been updated to include direct links to Google Colab notebooks. These help with verifying the installation by providing active examples, such as "Small Molecule Binding" and "Protein Folding".
The individual files for "Protein Folding" and "Small Molecule Binding" tutorials have been removed. Their content is now centralized in a new "tutorials" file. This new file offers a structured table with comprehensive descriptions and direct links to respective Google Colab notebooks, making it easier to search and find suitable tutorials.
The welcome page has been enhanced to guide new users better. It now includes direct links to popular tutorials ("Small Molecule Binding" and "Protein Folding") in the "What to do next" section, thus providing them with immediate guidance on where to start exploring.
