plex not picking up all bacalhau errors

Bacalhau doesn't seem to bubble the cancelled to this function https://github.com/labdao/plex/blob/b9f68eb202c83fa6e49b25514bab91911f786344/internal/bacalhau/bacalhau.go#L89) . So, it keeps checking until our plex timeout is hit.
