I'm looking to get the calibration stack released into groovy, and it has its own internal copy of urdf_parser. It looks like the version in this repo is newer, and the versions in the forks of @eacousineau and @dougbot01 have even more recent commits.

I just talked to @ahendrix about this, and we want to try and sort out which changes from which versions need to be merged together, and see if that can be released into hydro (and groovy, i suppose), so that the calibration stack (and anyone else) can depend upon it.

@eacousineau and @dougbot01 , are there major changes from your forks that would need to be merged in?
