What would you like to be added

This issue combines the 3(!) separate sections outlining roles and responsibilities of maintainer/reviewer/approver/etc. groups into one section. It also adds new content to the contribute homepage, as there's nothing there anymore.

Why is this needed

3 pages outlining the same thing in different ways is really a bit excessive :)
