I'd like to explain the principle.

You should set maximum possible size of the circle (because when you exceed the size, <canvas> will become blurry), e.g.:

$('#circle').circleProgress({
    size: 1000
});

After that, in CSS you should set width and height to be flexible, e.g.:

#circle canvas {
    max-width: 100%;
    max-height: 100%;
}

Now <canvas> inside the container will fit the size of the container. However, I don't recommend such method, because <canvas> resizing could give some antialising issues (probably) and it could be slower because actual <canvas> is very big.
