…#4671 Move JUnitResults struct and helper functions (ingestJunitDir, getJunitFilenames, parseTimestamp) from the deleted reportEvidenceArtifactJunit.go into attestJunit.go, as they are still used by the attest junit command. Move jiraTestsAdditionalConfig test helper struct from the deleted reportEvidenceCommitJira_test.go into attestJira_test.go, as it is still used by the attest jira tests.
