- make / ninja `-l` (load-average) option is no longer automatically used: it must be explicitly enabled with `PARALLEL_LOAD` or `make -l…` (make >= 4.4) - use the same `-j…` calculation for CI too (number of processors) - don't override `-j…` in recursive calls to make (share job server), and ninja (ninja >= 1.12 with job server support only)
Use `nprocs + 1` (same as for Circle CI).
