Issue

Relative links in epubs from a feed aren't recognized.

Steps to reproduce

1. add a feed with relative links (e.g. https://apenwarr.ca/log/?m=202112)
2. Follow a relative link

Link isn't recognized ("Invalid or external link"), presumably since it doesn't know the full url of where epub came from. Not entirely sure how this should be fixed, but maybe a solution could be to store the base url of the site (maybe the link tag in the RSS feed?)
