I removed all newlines in a textfile to test KOReader's capability of reflowing books in text format (worked beautifully, btw). However, I discovered a quirk:
Contents of the file is printed in the generated cover image, and it goes above and below the boundaries of the frame. (The book next to it, pg1342-3, has the same contents but with newlines.)
