Issue description
Using Export Highlights and exporting to Markdown creates a file where the line that has the title of the next book is not on a separate line from the final highlight of the previous book.
See this example. This should be the final highlight of Wuthering Heights and then the beginning of The Infinite and the Divine by you can see that the title of the latter is at the end of the Heights quote.

This creates an issue with parsing the file.
Occurs in both emacs and kwrite, so it's not an issue with my editor parsing things weird.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to Export Highlights
- Click Choose Formats and Service
- Enable Markdown
- Export Highlights > Export All Notes in All Books in History
- Retrieve the .md file and open it in a text editor
- See error
