I'm on the current nightly build.

When I open many books now, I am getting the following prompt:

I can't find an option to disable stable page numbers completely so that this prompt doesn't appear. I have turned off reference pages and have stable page numbers turned off

This is the "default settings for new books":

Is there an option that I am missing?
