Issue description

I'm experiencing an issue where some self-created, carefully formatted EPUB files display without any styling in KOReader (Kindle version), while they render perfectly in Calibre Viewer and Readest on desktop. The problem appears to be that KOReader isn't properly reading/processing the CSS stylesheets.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the attached EPUB file in KOReader (Kindle version)
2. Observe lack of formatting
3. Open same file in Calibre Viewer or Readest
4. Observe correct formatting
