Issue description
Markdown documents starting with a YAML header (introduced by a --- line), or using the horizontal ruler (also ---) don’t display (or suppress) the header, or display a horizontal ruler line, but instead the rest of the document is shown in kind of a "dimmed box", see screenshots.
This affects me heavily, since I tend to copy my current Markdown notices to my reader as reference material, and almost all have a YAML header, or thematic breaks using the --- or *** horizontal ruler.
The built-in reader app doesn’t support displaying Markdown files, so I have to rely on KOReader here.
Steps to reproduce
- Get one or both of these test Markdown documents:
a) CommonMark Spec (hit "download" button, rename extension to .md)
b) Markdown Cheat Sheet
- Open in KOReader
- See the error
