- Test doc: KOReader User Guide (included in the build)
Issue
After enabling hidden flows the first time, progress bar ticks are drawn wrong.
It fixes itself after disabling and re-enabling hidden flows.
Steps to reproduce
1 - Setup hidden flows the first time: from the book, go to Top Menu - First Tab - Settings - Check Custom hidden flows. Then go up a level in menu and tap Page Browser. In there, long tap on any page (easier to see if it is an early one, like Page 3) - in the popup menu tap Start hidden flow here. Observe that this page and all the rest to the end are not "shaded". Exit Page Browser.
The user will greeted with this progress bar:

Number of pages is correct: 2 // 2 ("two out of two", where // means hidden flows are enabled). The user might not even understand that these is NOT the correct progress bar ticks.
2 - Uncheck Custom hidden flows from top menu. It revert to original progress bar:

3 - Check it again. It now draws the correct progress bar!

Unchecking/checking custom hidden flows again doesn't break anything further.
