FR: Add "Toggle tap to follow link" as a possible action for a gesture #13381

Description

@chalkdust28

Does your feature request involve difficulty completing a task? Please describe.
Sometimes I want hyperlinks to be accessible with one tap (for example, when I'm reading carefully and frequently need to look at the cross references). Other times, I don't (for example, when I'm paging quickly through a book trying to find the stuff I need, and I'm going too fast to notice whether or not the spot I'm tapping is in fact a link). It takes far too many steps to switch between the two.

Describe the solution you'd like
The Gesture Manager has many, many, many possible meanings for gestures. Could "Toggle the 'Tap to follow link' setting" be added? Alternatively, could "Tap to follow link" be made a document-by-document setting rather than a global setting, and thus accessible to the "Tweak document settings" document?

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've tried setting this up in the "Tweak Document Settings" menu, so that "tap to follow hyperlink" would be active in some folders but not others. Unfortunately, "Tap to follow hyperlink" isn't available as a document-by-document option (it's global), so it doesn't appear to show up in book metadata as a possible setting.
