Not possible to change gesture actions under certain circumstances

Steps to reproduce

In reader mode, go to taps and gestures, select any gesture, for instance tap corner top left and select nothing or pass thorugh
After that, it is not possible to select the default action or the other option outside of the submenus
It is possible to select submenu options though
