Issue

When coming to the end of a book and proceeding into the status window, changing the book status crashes KOReader.

Steps to reproduce

• Open an EPub or PDF,
• Go to the last page.
• Go to the next page to get into the book status window. (Opening the book status window through the menu won't cause a crash.)
• Set the book status to "Hold" or "Finished" by tapping the respective button.
• Observe the crash.

The first few cases are with advanced EPubs, but later I try a standard EPub and a PDF, and the result is the same.
