Too many open files #2633
Description
After upgrading kopia on my machines all of them are reporting this error now:
ERROR failed to open repository: unable to create shared content manager: error loading indexes: unable to open pack index "xn2_ffa2daa5e090520bca03257091107edb-s92b7801de20909b4117-c1": unable to open file despite retries: open /root/.cache/kopia/2216f03e4f760858/indexes/xn2_ffa2daa5e090520bca03257091107edb-s92b7801de20909b4117-c1.sndx: too many open files

As I mentioned, I didn't touch kopia config at all. Listing snapshots was working some time ago (around 08-09.2022), when I was restoring backups.
Kopia: 0.12.1 build: 5227d74 from: kopia/kopia
Both machines are on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS
