  • switch to "IPA (SIL)" keyboard
  • Type

  • Click after n
  • switch to a different application with Alt+Tab and back
  • type >

I'm getting different results:

Same problem with gedit (has to be installed explicitly: sudo apt update && sudo apt install gedit).

Keyman 17 (17.0.108-1~PR-8509-624.1+lunar1) on Ubuntu 23.04 Wayland. ibus 1.5.28-3sil1~lunar.
