The new [ Apply ] button does not save the configuration in Tools -> Settings.

Expected Behavior

Apply changes and save config.

Current Behavior

Nada.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Start up (don't open any database)
2. Tools -> Settings
3. Make any change
4. Hit Apply
5. Hit Cancel
6. Go back and see the change has been reverted
