Happens at least on the main window and database unlock window. This is likely a generic focus issue. I couldn't repro this on Linux but on Windows 10 it's easy to reproduce.

Expected Behavior

Hitting tab after the last visible element on a window should go around to the first visible element.

Current Behavior

After the last element hitting tab doesn't do anything and focus is in limbo, shift-tab allows you to go back to the last element.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be on main windon Windowsow with a database open or in the unlock window
2. Hit tab until you are on the last element
3. Keep going, it never goes around
