Expected Behavior
At least for Korean, and probably some other languages, proper localization of welcome placeholder is not just appending the version number at the end of localized text, but it should appear in the middle of the text.
Current Behavior
Instead of using proper placeholder for version string, line 32 of src/gui/WelcomeWidget.cpp simply attaches version number after localized string of "Welcome to KeePassXC".
Possible Solution
Modify line 32 of the source code like:
m_ui->welcomeLabel->setText(tr("Welcome to KeePassXC %1").arg(KEEPASSX_VERSION));
to allow translator to change the position of version string.
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
- Open KeePassXC in Korean locale.
- Version number should appear in the middle of sentence, instead at the end.
Context
L10n bug
