Brief Summary

Cannot use shortcuts to copy username, password or TOTP when the "Show menu bar" option is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click View -> Show menu bar to disable/uncheck
2. Select an entry on database
3. Type Ctrl + B, Ctrl + C or Ctrl + T to copy corresponding values

Expected Versus Actual Behavior

1. Copy values from username, password or TOTP accordingly to keyboard shortcut
2. Ctrl + B to copy username but nothing is copied
3. Ctrl + C to copy password but nothing is copied
4. Ctrl + T to copy TOTP but nothing is copied
