According to the issue tracker the L2CAP bug was fixed. I'm guessing it's not released on any phones right now but couldn't tell for sure. I updated my Pixel 9 to latest release and was testing, but couldn't collect logs unrooted.
I got this error and traced it back a ways, without a clear finding. Maybe someone with more experience in the AOSP codebase could confirm.
