#453 improved the logging by adding containerID and sandboxID log fields to the runtimes logs.

However #453, it neglected to re-register the resulting logger object with the external packages the runtime uses which permit a logger to be specified. The result being that although the runtime's logs have the two new fields (when and where available), these values are not propagated to virtcontainers.
