Container fails to start after reboot #1711

Description of problem

  1. Create a container called plex using docker run
  2. Stop and start container (works as expected)
  3. Reboot system
  4. Attempt to start container (error)

Expected result

Container will start without error

Actual result

$ sudo docker start plex
