Fix data collection script for DAX header in images

https://github.com/kata-containers/osbuilder/pull/236 modified the way images are created by adding dax/nvdimm metadata at the start of an image. However, this breaks the [data collection script](https://github.com/kata-containers/runtime/blob/master/data/kata-collect-data.sh.in).
