When we install "libseccomp" as extra package when building rootfs, we hit an error "Package 'libseccomp', required by 'virtual:world', not found". Fix it, by providing installing libseccomp-devel as part of the base image. Fixes: #151 Signed-off-by: Nitesh Konkar niteshkonkar@in.ibm.com
