Additional file operation menu for Pragtical's treeview.

You can install this plugin from Plugin Manager in Pragtical, or through PPM (Pragtical Plugin Manager) CLI tool.

This plugin adds this menu to Pragtical :

• Cut : Currently only support file cut
• Copy : Currently only support file copy
• Paste : Paste currently cut/copied file to destination directory
• Move To.. : Move a file or directory to another path
• Duplicate File.. : Duplicate a file to the current directory
• Copy To.. : Copy a file to destination path
