Fixes #3940, the fix for jsdom/cssstyle#303 has been verified.
Not related to this PR but confirmed that https://github.com/jsdom/jsdom/blob/main/test/web-platform-tests/to-upstream/css/cssom/style-border-shorthand-var.html is passing, so we can close jsdom/cssstyle#247.
