when editing a weblink there is no way to fill data like in the backend tabs (publishing, options) |

Summary of Changes
This PR adds a Frontend Dashboard for controlling weblinks, you can create, update and use all of the operations. a lot of the code used in this PR is from the backend (to make it behave in the same way) and it doesn't break any previous frontend feature.
