Summary of Changes
The modals body have no padding.
using instead the default padding.
This is specially noticeable for com_modules batch where we have a very important tip displayed.
Testing Instructions
Display com_modules Manager. Select an item and Use the batch button

It will also give some air in the other modals, making them more readable.
Note
Requires a 4.0 branch clean install and npm ci
