The ISIS template has copies of jquery.js and bootstrap.min.js in its folders. They aren't used and shouldn't be used. The ones in /media/juy/ should be used instead.

Summary of Changes

This PR just removes those obsolete files

Testing Instructions

Make sure backend works as expected. Especially JS stuff like tabs and the like.
