Steps to reproduce the issue

There are 2 users on the site. One is you (admin), the other is a regular user who has set up and is using the MFA. For him, there is a notification / alert in the profile about the need to print the codes and store them in an accessible place.

But you, as an admin, look into the parameters of his MFA, then the notification / alert will be empty.

The notification should only be shown to the account owner.
