Steps to reproduce the issue

I installed 4.1.0 and i have enabled accessibility plugin in frontend.

Expected result

Actual result

There is the following console error

Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to execute 'check' on 'FontFaceSet': Could not resolve '1em Material+Icons' as a font.

in: /media/vendor/accessibility/js/accessibility.min.js
