This gets rid of the less than ideal install-wp-tests.sh shell script.

Todo:

  • Fix erroring test
  • Fix failing test
  • Install correct version of wp-phpunit/wp-phpunit and roots/wordpress based on desired WP version number
  • Docs for .env usage
  • Docs for mysqladmin during setup, maybe add composer script wrapper
  • Remove WP_PHPUNIT__DIR from phpunit.xml.dist
  • Fix whitespace in composer.json
  • Switch to a Composer dependency for SpeedTrapListener
